What You’ll Do

Tuscan-inspired dishes come together beautifully for your table in this immersive and educational cooking class.

Embark on a global culinary journey and prepare a harmonious, aromatic feast. Explore the ricotta-based cousin of gnocchi, gnudi, prized for its ultra-fluffy texture. Craft homemade dough and sauce, refining knife skills and balancing flavors to create tangy side dishes. They beautifully complement and cut through the main course's richness.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Came as a group of 3 for a friend’s birthday and had the most amazing time. I really enjoyed the ease of the class and the prep work that went into setting up everything for us. The polenta was amazing. It was honestly my favorite part of the meal and then it was the blood orange sorbet for me. 10s all around. The staff there was so sweet. I will definitely be back. <3

This was a great and fun experience, especially for a new comer in the kitchen. Our instructor gave us the instructions and some tips on how we can slightly alter the recipie to match our tastes and capabilities. We would definitely try out another class. Thank you!

Chef Emily was fantastic! She was informative and we left with skills we will take with us forever. This class was so much fun and the food was so delicious. I would recommend to anyone - and we will definitely be back!
