In one of her final roles, Chef Seyhan worked alongside Michelin-starred Chef Ronny Embark, deepening her expertise in fine dining. Trained in culinary school in Turkey and later specializing in pastry at Savor School under Kirsten Tibballs, Chef Seyhan seamlessly blends Mediterranean influences—Turkish, Greek and Italian—with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients. Whether in the kitchen or in the classroom, Chef Seyhan is dedicated to sharing her craft through immersive culinary experiences.
