In this exciting lesson, you'll shred robust garden vegetables and combine them with fresh herbs to fry up as your own crispy zucchini fritters and transform ground beef and warm seasonings into traditional dumplings with a creamy yogurt dipping sauce on the side. Then, assemble a refreshing shepherd's salad and bake sekerpare, handmade pastries served with homemade whipped cream.

Chef Seyhan brings over a decade of global culinary experience, including nine years in New York City, where she refined her skills in top kitchens. In one of her final roles, Chef Seyhan worked alongside Michelin-starred Chef Ronny Embark, deepening her expertise in fine dining. Trained in culinary school in Turkey and later specializing in pastry at Savor School under Kirsten Tibballs, Chef Seyhan seamlessly blends Mediterranean influences—Turkish, Greek and Italian—with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients. Whether in the kitchen or in the classroom, Chef Seyhan is dedicated to sharing her craft through immersive culinary experiences.
