Cooking Class - Pasta and Sauces From Scratch

What You’ll Do

Homemade pasta is more accessible than ever thanks to guidance from talented local chefs.

A delightful pasta night is on the menu of this engaging cooking class. A chef instructor will teach you the recipes and techniques to creating fresh pasta from flour, eggs and salt. Then, learn how to knead and shape the dough. Make sauces and fillings to pair with your homemade pasta.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Class started 15 minutes late. Recipes were good. Way too many people. We had 8 people around our table.
