Cooking Class - Savoring French Winter Elegance

What You’ll Do

Upscale your holiday menu by learning how to make traditional winter French dishes.

During this cooking class, you’ll learn how to prepare a romantic dinner from scratch. A professional chef will teach you proper roasting methods for flavorful meals. You’ll prepare a juicy roasted chicken topped with a creamy tarragon sauce and paired with roasted root vegetables. For dessert, you’ll make Parisian crêpes With orange caramel sauce.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Nadia and her team are quite an asset to your business!! If there was something Nadia wasn't sure about, she took the time to read the recipe to find the right way to do it. And her team was always ready with utensils and clean dishes to use and to clear the dishes used dishes out of the way... like a fine tuned engine. The food was Delicious!! Two thumbs up!
