What You’ll Do

Discover the art behind holiday macarons in this festive cooking class.

Get into the holiday spirit in this engaging cooking class as you learn how to make macarons from scratch. A chef will guide you through classic recipes using fresh ingredients. Prepare two holiday favorites: Peppermint with white chocolate, and mascarpone with cranberry curd. From whipping up the batter to assembling the macarons, you'll prepare this delicious dessert from start to finish.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.
