Cooking Class - Classic Sushi

What You’ll Do

Bring your favorite sushi recipes home in this interactive cooking class.

Learn traditional Japanese culinary techniques as you join a gourmet chef. Learn how to steam rice that you will combine with other ingredients such as edamame, avocado, chili salt and fresh vegetables to fill a shrimp tempura roll, a spicy tuna roll or a California roll. Make a yuzu dipping sauce to enjoy with these classic sushi rolls.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
