Level up your turkey day repertoire with help from a world-class chef.

Learn the keys to crafting a memorable Thanksgiving feast in this immersive cooking class. A top chef will demonstrate techniques to achieving tender roasted turkey and crowd-pleasing, comforting side dishes. Save room for dessert — you'll learn new twists on traditional favorites.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

For as long as Chef Amy can remember, cooking and creating dishes has been a true love of hers, as she grew up in the kitchen alongside her Italian mother. After receiving a degree in culinary arts, Chef Amy went on to work as a private chef and in catering services, but says teaching is where her heart is. She thoroughly enjoys helping people build their confidence in the kitchen while crafting meals from scratch.

The real chef was great - this cozy meal service was awful. I wandered around the mall for 30 minutes trying to find the correct store/location. The details was seriously lacking with cozymeal. All cozymeal did was advertise and charge for another businesses class.

Chef Tanya and Jake, the cooking instructors, were terrific! They not only shared valuable tips for cooking but also for prepping and cleaning the station. I was thrilled with the class and can't wait to sign up for another one. If you're interested, book your spot on a Saturday or Sunday.

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!
