What You’ll Do

Bake a range of sweet and savory dishes using homemade pâte à choux dough.

This cooking class will highlight the versatility of a perfect pâte à choux. After creating your dough from scratch, expert baker instructions will guide you along as you create savory pastries like a cheesy gougère and chicken éclairs, as well as cream puffs filled with a vibrant spinach mousse. On the sweet side of things, you'll make a decadent chocolate éclair and a classic cream puff.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I recently attended Chef MO’s pasta-making class and it exceeded all my expectations! She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, walking us through each step of the process with clear instructions and helpful tips. We made a variety of fresh pasta from scratch, learning techniques that I never would have figured out on my own. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Not only did I walk away with new skills, but the pasta we made was absolutely delicious!
