Cooking Class - Sunday Roast Dinner Party

What You’ll Do

Master kitchen basics for a comforting meal made from scratch.

Master all the ins and outs of an elegant roast beef dinner, complete with roasted vegetable sides and a decadent toffee dessert. Begin by creating a dried herb crust on the tenderloin before tying it up and roasting it until perfectly pink. Slice and sauté seasoned Brussels sprouts and pipe mashed potatoes into artful little mounds, then bake again until golden. For dessert, whip up a sponge cake and fold in chopped dates, then serve it with a simmering toffee sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
