Cooking Class - From-Scratch Global Dumplings

What You’ll Do

Discover how a range of regions prepare and serve their own traditional dumplings.

This hands-on cooking class is a lesson on how cultures around the world prepare and serve their own version of delicious dumplings. You'll prepare a trio of dumplings, each with their own toppings. Create potato-stuffed pierogi served with sour cream and onions, make ricotta gnudi topped with the zing of tomato butter, and craft shumai with a blend of pork and mushrooms, served with a chili dipping sauce.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
