Create an authentic Italian menu in this exciting cooking class with Chef Jordan. You will learn foundational techniques, knife skills and perfect ingredient pairings for an unforgettable experience.

Begin by cooking a creamy risotto mixed with asparagus, Parmesan and zesty lemon. Next, sauté chicken with white wine, butter, shallots and garlic for a stunning entrée sided by roasted carrots in fresh herbs and spices. End by whipping up creamy panna cotta with a mixed berry compote for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had an amazing (belated) Valentine’s meal with Jordan’s guidance and help! He arrived prepared with ingredients portioned out (except a few veggies that he used to teach cutting techniques) and even cleaned everything as we ate. Everything was delicious - my fiancé and I can’t choose our favorite part! Another review said the chicken was the best they had ever had and it lived up to those expectations! Jordan was also very friendly and knowledgeable - we look forward to booking another culinary experience with him!

Chef Jordan was super fun to work with! He breaks everything down in a simple way that makes sense and provides extra tips for cooking at home in the future. I would definitely recommend his class! Everything tasted delicious!
