In this engaging cooking class, you'll learn how to make fantastic treats that friends and family will love. Enjoy a charcuterie and cheese board while Chef Elham teaches the recipes and techniques.
To begin the class, learn how to make marinated olives with lemon zest, rosemary and garlic. Then, learn how to make the perfect savory grape truffles. Finally, master the art of making a beautiful charcuterie and cheese board, complete with unique meats, cheeses, nuts and more.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef demonstrates how to create a visually appealing charcuterie board and how to choose meats, cheeses, condiments, accompaniments, textures and more. Chef demonstrates how to make salami roses for a stunning presentation. With chef demonstrates how to cut various soft and hard cheeses and different presentation options.
