Learn how to handcraft rustic yet indulgent European recipes from scratch.
A handful of culinary techniques are on the menu in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kevin, who will teach you how to create four traditional dishes from Europe.
Begin by mixing a kale salad, then discover how to wrap beef and mushrooms in puff pastry and cook until gorgeously golden brown for a classic beef Wellington. For a side dish, you'll purée potatoes with cheese and garlic, spoon into a pastry bag then pipe and bake at a high temperature. For dessert, whip up a rich custard topped with caramelized sugar for the perfect crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
