What You’ll Do

Prepare a handful of dishes with unique culinary flair from regions of Spain.

Soak up the history and traditions of Spanish fare in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Treasure, where you'll learn a variety of culinary methods and use fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Begin by stacking crispy plantains with tuna, avocado salsa and pickled shallots. Next, handcraft a locally inspired surf and turf made with juicy steak and blackened fish served with mango salsa, a Spanish vegetable stew and rice teeming with saffron and lime zest. Finally, you'll lightly fry pestiños, a northern Spain dessert, to dip in spicy chocolate.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
