What You’ll Do

Discover how to manipulate and combine ingredients to create flavor-explosive Asian dishes.

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Chris will guide you in expertly combining classic flavors and ingredients to experience an authentic taste of Asian cuisine.

Start by crafting vegetable egg rolls paired with a sweet chili sauce. Next, you'll slice and dice ingredients for a bibb lettuce salad drizzled in handmade sesame ginger dressing, and Chef Chris will teach you how to make udon noodles from scratch and cook them in a spicy broth accompanied by a soft-boiled egg, baby bok choy and delicious ginger pork. And for dessert, you'll prepare jasmine rice infused with coconut and topped with seasonal fruit.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
