Perfect the art of traditional French cooking with hands-on guidance from Chef Washington as you learn kitchen techniques to prepare an array of mouthwatering classic dishes.

Begin with a simple yet decadent starter as you mix chicken liver with fresh herbs, brandy and shallots for a pâté to spread on toast. Next, you'll expertly roast chicken as you prepare fricassee with a creamy white wine sauce and roasted vegetables. Later, master the art of French crêpes with a savory addition. For dessert, carefully arrange sliced apples for a tart and a side of Calvados cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What an absolutely breathtaking experience! All eight of us were swept away by the joy of cooking alongside the incredible Chef Washington and the delightful Jane. Every moment was filled with laughter and excitement as we discovered new skills and reveled in the magic of teamwork. Under Chef Washington's masterful guidance, we came together to create a truly delicious meal that we could all be proud of! His teaching and patience made this experience unforgettable.

Chef Washington did a great job of making feel at ease immediately upon arrival. He provided all the ingredients and did a great job helping us all feel part of the cooking experience. There were 4 of us, and of the 4, 2 were experienced and 2 were no and he did a great job adjusting to our individual knowledge levels. And so much food! I'm glad I read the earlier reviews to bring containers for leftovers. Definitely would recommend Chef Washington!
