Experience a home-cooked special surf and turf meal as you explore cooking techniques for big flavor. Gain cooking wisdom from Chef Washington as you put a modern spin on classic dishes.

First, pan-sear trout topped with serrano ham in a spicy garlic-chile oil. For your entrée, you'll blend the perfect hollandaise sauce with ease to top your tenderloin steak and fresh crab with cheesy au gratin potatoes on the side. Bake a decadent cheesecake for dessert with savory chocolate-covered bacon.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Washington was excellent to work with! We did the Surf n Turf night with him and he was very flexible with scheduling. We had excellent conversation and everyone in my group had a wonderful time learning how to make a variety of delicious foods! Thank you Chef Washington!

Chef washington was awesome. We learned alot by participating and he was expert in including us in making the meal.
