First, learn how to expertly shape and sear flavorful crab-less cakes prepared with enoki mushrooms. For the main course, make sizzling vegan steak and vegan shrimp with a buttery garlic glaze, and herbed potatoes, carrots and asparagus and mashed potatoes on the side. End by whipping up an elegant dairy-free strawberry lemon curd tart.

Chef Patricia did a fantastic job showing us new ways to eat delicious AND healthy food! She exceptionally knowledgeable about vegan food and even gave us new tips and tricks for day to day cooking. A five start experience all around!
