Taste the flavors of Italy and learn how to make fresh gnocchi from scratch.
In this interactive cooking class, Chef Jamie will teach you how to handcraft a classic Italian menu, including turning a few staple ingredients into homemade gnocchi pasta and cooking up a savory tomato sauce.
To begin, top crostini with whipped ricotta, juicy pomegranate, toasted pumpkin seeds and a decadent drizzle of honey. Then, learn how to form gnocchi dough before you hand roll, cook and pair it with a sauce of roasted garlic and tomato confit, spinach and fresh basil. For dessert, layer classic ingredients for an espresso-infused tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Homemade Potato Gnocchi
With eggs, flour and salt
Florentine Sauce
With roasted garlic and cherry tomato confit, sautéed spinach and basil
