End your class by baking classic Italian anise cookies and decorating them with sweet vegan icing.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Dorothy was quick to set up stations for my girlfriend and I to work together creating the Italian dinner. She showed us a few cutting techniques and was answering the questions we had!

What a fun class! She made it so simple and easy, walking us through each step. Also that was the best peanut sauce we have ever had in our lives.
