In this hands-on class, Chef Dee will guide you in crafting a Mediterranean dinner showcasing a selection of traditional dishes. You'll learn time-honored Greek culinary techniques while you create a vibrant meal from start to finish.
Begin with a classic Greek salad, before learning how to make psari plaki, fresh cod baked with tomatoes and onions gaining its unique, comforting aroma from bold oregano and chili flakes. Craft lemon and garlic infused Greek rice and tender green beans to be served on the side, before rounding out the meal with traditional Greek almond cookies.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

She is currently based out of Louisiana where she provides world-class meal prepping services to her clients and she’s an expert in Italian and Spanish flavors. Chef Dee is passionate about providing excellent and creative food, crafting unique recipes and making the kitchen less intimidating for everyone.

Wonderful meal and great presentation. We enjoyed everything. Chef Dee was the best! She cooked, cleaned and totally entertained us. This was a perfect birthday present from my daughters.
