In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Dee will guide you through making a rustic three-course Italian dinner featuring iconic dishes from the region. Learn how to use time-honored culinary techniques to turn fresh ingredients into hearty Italian comfort food.
Begin by crafting a light tomato basil soup before preparing crisp and buttery chicken Marsala in a rich and earthy mushroom sauce. Pair it with a superbly creamy Parmesan risotto and a refreshing chopped salad on the side. Finish the meal by assembling a cinnamon-spiced ricotta trifle featuring crunchy biscuits dipped in salted amaretto liqueur.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Wonderful meal and great presentation. We enjoyed everything. Chef Dee was the best! She cooked, cleaned and totally entertained us. This was a perfect birthday present from my daughters.
