What You’ll Do

This unique Italian menu features a gourmet twist on pizza.

Try a new take on pizza preparation in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Melrine. She'll lead you on a culinary journey with captivating flavors featured in every dish.

Begin by baking a handmade naan flatbread loaded with creamy goat cheese and fresh prosciutto. Then, you'll create your own a flatbread pizza topped with a variety of cheese, meat and vegetables, and prepare asparagus wrapped in prosciutto and flavored with brown sugar and balsamic. Chef Melrine will teach you how to make zabaglione for dessert, a traditional Italian custard.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
