In this Asian-inspired cooking class, you'll learn innovative ways to use fresh and authentic ingredients. Chef David will guide you through creating incredible ethnic dishes from start to finish as you enhance your culinary skills.

First, make a refreshing salad featuring creamy avocado and bright citrus notes, and combine fresh tuna and spicy wasabi for an iconic tartare. For your entrée, perfectly pan-sear halibut and meaty scallops to serve with rice noodles infused with ginger. End your class with delightful mango mochi topped with a unique fruit blend.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Before Chef David was an executive chef and owner of a restaurant in Switzerland, he had made appearances on a Food Network cooking show, hosted a show of his own and owned several restaurants in Iowa. At the time, he was the only French chef in Iowa. Chef David knows his way around the kitchen and is passionate about sharing his love of indulgent flavors and new culinary techniques with new audiences.
