What You’ll Do

Bring home the classic dim sum experience with traditional flavors and techniques.

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Joseph will teach you how to prepare a variety of classic dim sum. You will learn the techniques for crafting spring rolls, dumplings, fluffy bao and more.

Begin by preparing spring rolls packed with pork and vegetables with a sweet and sour sauce. Next, work your way through various dim sum such as seafood and steamed rice dumplings, shrimp rangoon, peking duck ravioli, and pork and ginger gyoza. To finish the meal, Chef Joseph will guide you while you make sweet coconut bao.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

It was an amazing experience! Chef Joe made us feel comfortable and taught us so much about Italian cuisine and how to make pizza Napoletana. The food was delicious and fun to make. I would highly recommend Chef Joe!
