Begin by preparing spring rolls filled with the flavors of a shrimp boil and hearty vegetables, and fry rice with pineapple, crab and oyster sauce. For the entrée, Chef Megan will teach you how to brew the perfect beef short rib ramen in a savory broth with fresh noodles, and whip up matcha panna cotta with heavy cream.

Chef Megan is very knowledgeable and an excellent chef. We would have liked her to explain more about what she was doing. We learned a lot in her class.

Chef Megan created such a fun and memorable experience for my girlfriend’s birthday! The Asian-Cajun cooking class was the best way to start the week and Megan made it super easy- she brought all of the ingredients and gave us things to do. The food was absolutely amazing and it was such a chill and romantic evening. Megan’s personality and attitude made it even better, couldn’t recommend her enough for anyone looking for something different!

Chef Megan was an absolute delight.
The food was delicious. Moreover, it was really fun to work in the kitchen along side her.
We learned better techniques for prepping and cooking above & beyond learning how to prepare the specific dishes of this meal.

We were 2 couples wanting a unique New Orleans experience and Megan provided it. We loved the cooking class that Megan shared- authentic recipes, not too complicated but at our level and the results were amazing. Would highly recommend Megan as she was organized, friendly, and made us feel very involved.

We had such a fun time with Chef Megan. Our kitchen was way too small for our large group size but she adjusted like a champion and we ate our fill. The pecan redfish and bananas foster were the best things we ate in our entire time in New Orleans. Get her on the books if you're looking for a great meal and fun time!

Chef Megan is the real deal! I am like a five alarm emergency in the kitchen! After the first cooking class my dish was delicious!!
We have booked lots of zoom cooking lesson parties and had a blast while reconnected with friends all over country! Best Christmas and birthday presents we ever bought.
And chefs signature spices are beyond good. We rubbed her Twisted Cajun spice all over our turkey this year it was amazing!!!!

I have had to pleasure of hiring and experiencing Chef Megan on numerous occasions. From cooking classes to a personal "Luxury Date-night", Surf & Turf, everything has been amazing!
She has a delicious way of melding unique flavors together and adding a New Orleans twist to her dishes. Megan's attention to detail is second to none. What has kept me coming back is the FLAVOR. I have yet to taste anything close to her creations. What I love most is that she is so versatile. While New Orleans cuisine is in her DNA, she can quite literally create anything you can think of. I am so happy to have used her services and look forward to working with her again (and again).

I’ve known Megan since a baby. I’ve watched her journey from a tot to a Chef. Let’s just say she learned from the BEST…from her Moms kitchen to a degree in Culinary Arts. If you want food that’s satisfying, has endless spices and doesn’t only penetrate your palate it penetrates your soul, you want Chef Megan’s food?? Not only is she a GREAT cook, she’s an awesome funny person who will have you eating the tastiest food and laughing at the same time!
