Transform fresh, simple ingredients in a gourmet meal fit for the coast of Greece.

Become a master chef in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Victor as you craft a number of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, where simplicity is king and fresh flavors are the star of the show.

A baked feta dip will warm your palate with crunchy pita and salty cheese to start. Then, cook up fresh-caught fish featuring a briny yet bright flavor from capers and olives, with a side of lemon and feta roasted potatoes. For a sweet treat, Chef Victor will show you how to prepare cheesecake made from pistachios, honey and Greek yogurt.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
