Chef Chris was a fantastic host! Very friendly and personable. He provided good information on the food, the preparation methods, and anything we had questions on while also being a fun person to spend time with. We enjoyed our class and the meal!

Unfortunately, I found the whole experience mostly unpleasant. I felt that Chef Chris may have been overwhelmed trying to take care of my group or perhaps just did not enjoy working with us. There were many times that the folks in my group felt like he was snapping at them and being rude and impatient. The entire activity was very behind schedule, and we ended up not eating dinner until well after the event was supposed to have ended. The actual cooking of the dinner was so rushed that the food turned out very poor. Because we were so behind, Chef Chris pretty much cooked the dessert by himself while we ate our dinner. Overall, both the experience and food were disappointing.
