Learn how to supply your own pizzeria with the classics. Learn the secrets of making fresh pizza dough and fresh herb pizza sauce. Construct different pizza styles: thin crust, Brooklyn style, deep dish, and more. Craft Calzones and Stromboli's. Finish off with Garlic knots and herb butter.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
