Discover healthy, fresh ingredients to revamp your favorite vegan pizzas.

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to make extraordinary vegan mozzarella bocconcini, vegan mascarpone and vegan ricotta. These plant-based cheeses are perfect for pizzas and versatile enough for dishes like Caprese salad, taking your vegan cooking to the next level.

The class begins with the creation of vegan mozzarella, ricott, and mascarpone, as Chef Daniel teaches you the art of working with cashews. Afterward, prepare pizza dough and create a variety of pizzas using these cheeses, along with other ingredients such as pickled asparagus, olive tapenade and more.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This wide range of experiences influences and informs his food on a daily basis, enabling him to borrow ingredients and techniques from one another. Chef Daniel aims to teach fundamentals to his students, so they need not rely on recipes.

Chef Daniel's hands-on pizza-making class taught us the precise techniques for creating exceptional pizza, from properly kneading the dough to balancing fresh toppings, and his clear instructions and engaging teaching style made the experience both educational and fun.

Daniel hosted a fantastic class. The salad was inspired, hand-making the pasta was incredibly rewarding, and everything tasted fantastic. His loft is perfect for this type of event, and it was a treat to get to know Daniel over the course of the evening. I'd absolutely book with him again. Highly recommend!
