What You’ll Do

Create a gourmet four-course meal featuring tapas selections filled with authentic Spanish flavors.

This tapas and paella cooking class celebrates the heart of Spanish cuisine with premium ingredients, essential knife skills and a family-style feast. Under Chef Andy’s guidance, you’ll master traditional techniques while preparing an array of vibrant dishes.

Begin with Jamón-wrapped cantaloupe, a perfect blend of sweet and savory. Then, craft pan con tomate, layering fresh tomato, garlic and olive oil on rustic bread with a daily selection of cheese. For the grand finale, cook a saffron-infused chicken and shrimp paella, rich with Spanish spices, peppers and peas—a dish meant to be shared and enjoyed together.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Andy taught an awesome cooking class, it was a great mix of fun, educational, and super tasty. Each of the tapas tasted awesome -- the risotto was the star of the meal for me, and my fiance was obsessed with the salad. Along with the recipes, Chef Andy also taught kitchen skills like knife work and building intuitions about taste as we're cooking. I would totally recommend this class to anyone who considers themselves a foody.

My husband and I had a FABULOUS time learning from Chef Andy. He has fantastic stories, and was able to help us hone in our knife and intuitive cooking skills - Chef Andy is a patient teacher and very supportive. The menu/food was delightful, and it was a perfect way to celebrate my husband's birthday. I've already recommended him to three friends, and can't wait to hire him for future classes! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely evening.

Traditional Tapas with Chef Andy was such a fun experience! The food was excellent and it was great to learn the proper way to use a knife. Definitely would book with Chef Andy again!
