What You’ll Do

A fun introduction to rolling and making unique sushi rolls aspiring chefs will love.

Culinary curious kids will enjoy this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Parsati. Aspiring chefs will learn all the skills they need to craft unique sushi creations.

To start the meal, kids will make a healthy snack of edamame with a custom blend of spices before getting into the main dish: Onigiri in fun shapes filled with vegetables, tofu or salmon. Finish with a sweet trifle layered with mango custard, fruit and chocolate.

A minimum of one adult is required to be in attendance per group. Adults are required to purchase tickets in addition to kids. This class is recommended for ages 7-12. Allergies and dietary restrictions should be clearly mentioned at the time of booking. This experience includes soy, dairy, seafood, sesame and seaweed.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful meal with chef Parsati! Her home was very welcoming and she was super knowledgeable about the meal as welll as all of the health benefits! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a tasty meal + a learning experience!

Non vegans can learn a great deal from Chef Parsati. My niece and I want to cook healthier dishes and this class is what we needed. Chef explains the vegan ingredients as recipes are assembled and followed up with sending an ingredient list after the class. Come learn and enjoy!

WOW!!!! Where do I even begin… First, the class took place in the chefs private home which was incredibly warm and welcoming. The space was very clean and tidy, and chef was so welcoming and professional! The class itself began with a quick snack, compliments of the chef, which was tasty and set the tone for the rest of the time there! From there, we got right into the chopping and cooking, and I literally found myself jumping in place from the excitement of mixing and cooking. She was very clear and concise in her explanations, and very welcoming in our own style of cooking however that presented.. In her words, since I kept saying sorry for my terrible chopping skills, “There is no sorry in this class. You cook and have fun.. That’s all that matters.” I never for a moment felt rushed, or as if I was doing anything wrong. All questions were welcomed and answered, and of course, the food tasted absolutely amazing!! My partner and I were so pleased and so grateful for this wonderful experience, and will be returning for more classes! Thank you, Chef!!!
