Join Chef Krong for an interactive cooking class where you'll learn how to make several vegetarian dishes inspired by the bold and delicious flavors of Thailand.

To begin, you'll roll up vegetable rolls and lightly fry them until crisp. Then you'll make a classic pad Thai with tofu and peanuts. Next up on the menu, prepare a warming green curry packed with vegetables like bamboo shoots and eggplant. Dessert is a refreshing dish of tropical fruit drizzled in a light syrup made by Chef Krong.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Krong was amazing! She brought all the ingredients and plans as expected, was on time, and the food turned out great. Made for perfect valentines day because we had a great, intimate experience, delicious food, and no stressful preparation required. My wife and I both cook and we have experience in a range of cuisines. Chef Krong was great about swapping dishes we had already made allowing us to learn new recipes. The biggest standout for us was her descriptions of how to properly cut and use ingredients and demonstrations of the cues for what it looks like to move on to next steps. Would book again 100%.

Krong was a very fun teacher and gave a lot of great info about pad Thai! Would definitely recommend a class with Chef Krong!
