Chef Linda teaches you to use fresh herbs in dynamic ways for innovative flavor profiles!

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll delight in the flavors of the garden and create an earthy menu featuring herb-infused dishes using a range of seasonal ingredients and flavor combinations.

Join Chef Linda as you learn how to make ricotta fritters with the perfect punch of parsley and cilantro. You'll also create a compound herb butter to complement pan-roasted chicken and grill bread to pair with basil-flavored tomatoes. Finally, a moist mini bundt cake with lemon and thyme makes a flawless dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had so much fun, learned a lot about prepping and cooking and about the origins of the food, and best of all, enjoyed one of the best meals we've ever had (and certainly the best we've had a hand in preparing). Best of all, a week later we tried to do it in our own, and using four of the recipes, made a delicious meal all by ourselves.
