This hands-on cooking class with Chef Jasmine combines exciting elements from several regional cuisines into one spectacular meal. Her expertise in world cuisine will open your eyes to delicious possibilities and bring the richness of international cooking to your kitchen table.

Your lesson begins with chicken tikka masala served over pasta and paired with a batch of Jamaican curry chicken dumplings. You'll also prepare bagee using spinach and onions and whip up an order of banana fritters served with peanut sauce for a dessert with sweet island appeal.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
