In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Unika teaches you how to use traditional ingredients and techniques to prepare classic Italian dishes. Explore the quintessential flavors of Italian cuisine while strengthening your culinary skills.

Begin with the chef’s choice of Italian appetizer such as charcuterie or bruschetta before preparing a hearty Tuscan white bean soup. For the main course, Chef Unika will guide you as you make pasta from scratch to pair with fresh pesto. Dessert is a classic tiramisu with soft ladyfingers and the rich aromas of coffee and cocoa.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We loved our in home class with Unika. She is a warm, wonderful teacher and talented chef. She gave us tips and techniques we will continue to use. The food was delicious! Highly recommend her!

Chef Unika was remarkable in our Italian night of cooking to celebrate our dear friends birthday. She not only brought the freshest ingredients, she gave us so many tips on cooking. We also got to enjoy learning more about her journey. Thank you Chef for the perfect night, I would absolutely do this again and highly recommend Chef Unika!
