Prepare four classic French dishes (with a twist) under the guidance of a professional chef.
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Monica, you'll learn how to cook like a French chef. With roots in French cuisine, Chef Monica is an excellent chef under which to learn French cooking with a modern twist.
Begin with a savory vegetable and herb sorbet or a quiche trio with asparagus and mushrooms, followed by a classic potato and leek soup. For the main dish, you'll learn how to make salmon clafoutis — a rich fish pie with cream, asparagus and quail eggs. Dessert features crêpes dentelles with a scrumptious chocolate and hazelnut cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
