Kick the meal off with a light, marinated vegetable dish that gets the creativity rolling. Chef Mike then regales you with an entertaining tale as you prepare oysters Rockefeller before moving onto the main course: Grass-fed ribeye with a classic béarnaise and smooth, buttery Robuchon potatoes. An intense dark chocolate flourless cake with macerated berries ends the meal on a perfect and richly satisfying note.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We recently had a remarkable dining experience with Mike, and I must say, it was truly exceptional. From start to finish, Mike's passion for cooking and his attention to detail were evident, making our night a memorable one. Mike was incredibly accommodating. He took the time to understand our dietary preferences and any specific requests we had. His flexibility allowed us to fully enjoy the evening without any concerns. From the appetizers to the main course and even the dessert, every bite was great!
