Get ready to experience Korean barbecue like never before, with explosive, perfectly balanced flavors that really pack a punch. In this hands-on experience, Chef Greg will demonstrate all of the techniques needed to prepare and execute mouthwatering Korean barbecue favorites.

Begin your adventure by creating a classic scallion pancake with a simple dipping sauce. Follow it up with savory bulgogi beef and banchan, small side dishes packed with flavor. Complete your meal with baesuk, an elegant and refreshing dessert consisting of Asian pears, green tea, cloves and brown sugar.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options are available upon request.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Greg is an excellent teacher & we loved all the Korean dishes. He gave us tons of great cooking techniques, especially with how to properly cut things for safety & the best results. He is personable & fun in addition to being a great chef. We had a fantastic experience!
