What You’ll Do

Learn how to make pizza from the dough up in this hands-on workshop-style class.

In this interactive cooking class with Chef Tracy, you'll learn how to create two types of pizza from scratch. From dough to sauce to fresh toppings, you'll get a complete lesson in how to make amazing pizza.

Begin by mixing pizza dough, we will then create the sauces tomato and white sauces plus cutting and prep the topping options, which include vegetables like mushrooms and roasted red bell peppers, and protein options like Italian sausage and chicken. Then, it's time to top your pizzas and create something truly unique!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

She's taught hands-on cooking and nutrition courses for conferences and major companies, including two large grocery store brands. Chef Tracy has also written books and articles that share her recipes and nutrition knowledge.
