The fresh and enticing flavors of a beloved global cuisine come to your home table!

Escape to the Mediterranean and experience the vibrancy of Greek cuisine in this exciting in-person cooking class from Chef Rae. You'll explore the specialties of this sun-soaked region and create dishes that celebrate true Greek culinary traditions!

Begin your lesson by whipping up a classic hummus with the zing of garlic and freshly-made pitas for a traditional Greek baking experience. Then, assemble crisp and vibrant Greek salad to enjoy alongside a gyro sandwich brimming with lamb, beef, garden veggies and a tzatziki sauce prepared from scratch. For dessert, make sweet cheese phyllo pastries sweetened with golden honey.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

It was an awful experience. As I had my guests there to enjoy my birthday dinner, the chef never showed up!! She NEVER responded to my calls/texts. I'm extremely disappointed. I understand things happen but please communicate to let me know what's up.i would like someone to contact me about this experience as it was unacceptable in many ways.
