Culinary couture is the order of the day in this imaginative hands-on cooking class with Chef Tellita. If you have an eye for the finer things in life, this is one class you'll want to have in your collection.

Begin with Chanel-inspired chai tea and charcuterie board before preparing a steak-and-shrimp entrée served with a silky wine cream sauce and garlic potato cups and roasted green beans on the side. Finish with chocolate-covered strawberries inspired by Louis Vuitton and Dior for a gem of a dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

morning… Chef T was AMAZING!!!! She’s very personable and patient, not once hesitated or got frustrated with us. We DID NOT feel like customers/students AT ALL. Her complete space was open and available to us and we truly felt welcomed. We came feeling like guests and left feeling like we just stopped by as company. We definitely will be utilizing Chef T again as well as recommending her. Chef T is definitely an asset to your site

Scheduled with Chef Tellita as a surprise for my friend's birthday. She did a great job teaching us the techniques while also making it low stress. Neither my friend or I are great in the kitchen, but Chef Tellita made the process effortless along with giving us tons of tips we can use on our own.

CHef T was awesome. She paid special attention to my wife, who goes to the Emergency Department is she gets a tiny bit of gluten. Chef T took care of her and adjusted the menu so that my wife and I could have a fun time safely. She was very personable, hospitable, and knowledgeable. We were impressed and proud about how far she has come in her career, based upon discussions and her website. She is just so cool.

I gifted my wife with Chef Tellita’s Mexican Feast cooking class so we could have a date night, eat delicious food, and pick up some new skills and ideas in the kitchen! We definitely did all three and had such a great time! Chef T was encouraging and engaging as we worked on ours skills. Between each course my wife and I devoured our creations, relaxed, and jammed out to music while Chef T set up for the next course. I chose this class because I knew my wife would love the churros and they were SO DELICIOUS! We will absolutely be booking again!

We absolutely LOVED cooking with Chef Tellita! We were visiting Baltimore from out of town and wanted to take a cooking class, and the location was a short 15 minute drive from downtown. Chef Tellita is firstly an incredible person and has an energy about her that makes the whole experience more enjoyable. She's encouraging for all cooking levels. My partner is a bit more of an avid cook than I am and each of us got to learn so much. Secondly, the food was AMAZING! I honestly can't believe we created such good tasting food. I'd absolutely recommend Chef Tellita's cooking experience to anyone!

I took my fiance for this class for his bday this past Wednesday it was such and amazing fun experience chef Tee was very nice she made us feel very comfortable in her home and taught us how to make an amazing meal. Amazing! I surprised my girlfriend with a cooking night out and we were so impressed with the professionalism and excellent communication by chef T, especially when I had to reschedule. The food was amazing! Better than any Mexican restaurant we’ve ever been to, and the churros are by far the best desert I’ve ever had. If I could give more than 5 starts I would. I highly recommended Chef T. Great fun night out.

My boyfriend and I had signed up for a cooking class with Chef Tellita and had a horrible experience. Long story short we didn’t even get to do the class. We are both active duty military and got called into work immediately. Chef Tellita was not willing to work worth us on rescheduling and still charged us for the full course even though we cooked nothing. Would not recommend booking with this chef.

I cannot say enough good things about Chef T! From her food to her demonstrations to the conversation, I had a blast with her! She lives in a classic Baltimore neighborhood and her background and culinary knowledge reflects that in the best way. She was so authentic yet intricate in her food presentations that I was able to follow along without falling behind. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for both a good chef and a good friend. Hanging with her was literally the best of both worlds. 11/10!
