Chef Roger was very knowledgeable in everything.I learned how to make the macarons....... He was, precise, calm, and organized. A real pro! I will definitely return for other classes. When I left I felt very proud of the results. I was there with my son, and we both felt the same way.

Had a wonderful experience at Chef Roger’s! He was so welcoming, knowledgeable, passionate and patient. He made learning knife skills fun and the meal we made was delicious. Excellent cook and teacher - I highly recommend!

Chef Roger was amazingly patient and so educational! He was personable and hospitable as well! We learned great knife care and handling as well as why you’re using which pot etc… we loved our intimate experience and our food came out great! Will def return with more of our friends..

Cooking with Chef Roger was such a delight! He was fun, lighthearted, and patient. Not only did we learn how to make the recipes, but Roger shared interesting food science tidbits as we cooked. We had a really excellent time! It was super easy to get to his neighborhood, and we were wowed by the great views of the city.

Had a wonderful evening learning knife skills with Chef Roger. He is a great teacher and made the experience super fun. We cooked an Asian meal, which was wonderful. I think I can finally dice an onion properly .

Roger is a great instructor. We had a lot of fun learning cooking pad Thai, green curry chicken, and mango rice with him. The dishes were as good as those I had in Thailand. He has a nice & cozy place, and the kitchen is very clean. Thanks Roger for such a personal cooking experience!

Chef Roger was GREAT! We loved that he made sure we learned not only how to cook the meal but also learned about the ingredients and tools you were using to cook the meal. 100% a great night. Wonderful experience where we learned new skills and information about the food. He made us feel comfortable and entertained the whole night. You can tell he puts a lot of time and work into the class and it was completely worth it. Would absolutely take another one of his classes!
