Start off by preparing an elevated twist on classic devil’s eggs, followed by cooking a delightful seared salmon smothered in a tangy lemon garlic sauce. While your salmon cooks, make some down-home green bean almondine to go on the side. For dessert, craft a deliciously sweet blackberry sour cream coffee cake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was so much fun as a date night with my wife. Chef Amanda was truly engaging and was extremely organized. We really enjoyed her showing us not only how to prepare these dishes, but educated us on the different techniques. I'd highly recommend Chef Amanda! My wife and I will definitely do another class with her.
