Experience the bold flavors of Thai cuisine (without the jet lag) in this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Krong. Learn how to use signature techniques to transform everyday ingredients into boastful dishes that harness the true tastes of Thai food.
Begin the class by preparing traditional Laab Gai lettuce wraps, followed by a spicy fried rice known as Moo Pad Prik Thai Dam. Next, conquer the King of Thai Curries, Massaman Gai. Finish your meal with a helping of sweet sticky mango rice, a dessert that will end your Thai voyage on an irresistibly sweet note.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
