Begin by making a creamy hummus and roasted vegetables, marinated chicken skewers seasoned with cumin and cinnamon, and tabbouleh featuring quinoa and fresh garden vegetables. And for a truly Mediterranean dessert, whip up a classic Greek honey cake that will close out your class on a note of sheer sweetness.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Christopher is amazing! He is a great boss and teacher. His knowledgeable background is extraordinary. I am so grateful to have the opportunity of working with him. He taught me so much that truly brought me to the next level. He can easily and clearly explain step by step instructions that anyone can follow. Very impressive and would highly recommend!

Where to start with such a talented chef, Chris is a very friendly and knowledgeable person who I’ve had the privilege of meeting and cooking with his passion for culinary arts is only outmatched by his easygoing personality and nature. He has incredible patients for teaching and helping others when asked or needed, I would definitely recommend him for all cooking endeavors.
