In this hands-on baking class, Chef Eloise will teach kids the basics of cooking making. This class is ideal for children 5 years old and up.
Chef Eloise will show kids how to make dough, form cookie rounds, and will give great tips to ensure that cookies come out of the oven looking, smelling, and tasting divine.
As a successful bakery owner, Chef Eloise has years of experience crafting all sorts of treats, from s'mores bars and scones to creative ice cream flavors. Her class is great for kids and adults alike. You're sure to leave with not only some tasty cookies, but also the confidence and ability to go home and bake your own!
Kids need to be accompanied by an adult for this class; adults required to purchase tickets in addition to kids.

Kids will learn to make two types of cookies, which may include:
Chocolate chip with sea salt
Brown butter short bread
Chocolate crinkles
Brown butter vanilla bean tea cookies

Meet your chef
Chef Eloise began crafting pastries from scratch as a teenager in the Philippines, leading her to pursue her passion in the pastry arts. She attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, and a few years later, Chef Eloise fulfilled her dream of opening a pastry shop. She is currently the pastry chef and owner of a dessert café in North Beach, where she spends her days creating incredible treats!
