Learn how to create the vibrant flavors of Thai cuisine from scratch with Chef Landon.

Thai cooking is made simple and entertaining as Chef Landon shows you the unique flavors and techniques of this dynamic cuisine. From sweet to savory to spicy combinations, you'll create many of the signature and popular flavors of Thai food.

You’ll learn the ins and outs of Thailand favorites all made from scratch, including chicken satay with spicy peanut sauce, a refreshing Thai cucumber salad and banana leaf-wrapped and grilled red snapper. For dessert, Chef Landon will teach you how to make lemon ginger sorbet.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Everything for my event was perfect! I had a special request for salmon from Alaska and they got exactly what I wanted. Chef Landon knocked this out of the park. Food temperature and spice levels were perfect. Everyone loved the food. Service was great as well. Sébastien and Amaya kept the drinks full and plates flowing. Timing was spot on. Nothing felt rushed and they cleaned up fast. We couldn't tell they were ever there except so many full and happy bellies. I'm so glad I found this place.

We had a wonderful experience with Private Chefs of Atlanta as we recently celebrated my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Chef Landon and Sebastien were amazing. They were timely, warm, and utterly professional. The food and service were both amazing. We were planning to have a different celebration but due to COVID made the decision to make it a more intimate affair. And we can’t imagine having done anything differently. I would highly recommend them and hope to use their services again soon!

Great company! From the initial planning to the actual dinner everything was perfect. Chef Landon created a wonderful dinner and our server, Sebastian, was perfection!
