Step into the Italian Riviera with Chef Eric as you prepare culinary favorites from the region.
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Eric, you will learn how to prepare three authentic recipes from the Ligurian coastal region of Italy, known as the Italian Riviera, using only high-quality ingredients.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to learning how to prepare include a stuffed mushroom appetizer and handmade spaghetti tossed with a classic walnut sauce. For dessert, Chef Eric will teach you how to make Italian doughnuts rolled in sugar and filled with vanilla pastry cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Eric is a culinary extraordinaire with more the 20 years of professional experience in the industry. After spending the majority of his career as a banquet chef hosting massive events, Chef Eric discovered a passion for teaching. For the past three years, Chef Eric has been teaching at a prominent culinary school and has influenced and mentored hundreds of aspiring chefs to achieve their culinary dreams.
